Issued: Mar 1915 / May 1919. Regular Issue Germania (IV), so-called "war printing". Like Mi83I to 93I but with blurred, unclear printing on rough paper. Designed by Waldraff. Printed Topography (10x10), coils and booklets, diamond/lozenge watermark and are perf 14 x 14¼.
