MICHEL D150
OFFICIAL STAMPS
This set of 11 Official stamps was issued on 26th January 1938 and was designed by Prof. Richard Klein. They were produced on sheets of 100 (10x10) and have a swastika watermark. They are Perf K 14 : 14¼.
There was a re-issue of these stamps in March 1942 and these can easily be distinguised as they had no watermark. There are colour differences between both issues as well.
