Same as Michel 686 with Overprint "NÜRBURGRING RENNEN". This set of 3 stamps was issued on 18th May 1939 and was valid through 31st December 1940. These stamps are identical to Michel 686 to 688 used for the Berlin Autoshow except for the addition of an overprint inscribed "Nürburgring-Rennen" - 'Nüburgring-race'. In addition there were 2 Special postmarks.
