National post in Belgium (for the General Government of Belgium). The area included the Kingdom of Belgium with the exception of a few districts in the southwest, initially also parts of northern France.
Issued 1916. Postcard P10 features a 7½Pf, orange, Germania 'DEUTSCHES REICH' value stamp overprinted "Belgien | 8 Cent" in Gothic script and measuring 140 x 90mm. This postcard has the same design as P110I, with the word "Postkarte" directly above the vertical dividing line and no other text.
