This postcard was published to commemorate the International Philatelists Association + 25 Year Foundation Celebration held in Dresden in 1902.
Below the title is a series of 10 portraits depicting "UNSERE SENIOREN!" - OUR SENIORS" above an image of the New Georgenthor. There is a small inscription on the lower left-hand side "Jubilaums-Postkarte No.5" indicating that there are at least 4 other cards in this series.
In addition to these cards that do not have pre-printed stamps there are a series of exactly the same design but with pre-printed stamps.
