This postcard was published to commemorate the final issue of württemberg stamps. This Jüig and Müller produced card features a German Empire eagle carrying off the last series of Württemberg stamps on the road to Berlin. The card is titled "Die letsten württemberg. Briefmarken 1.April 1902" - 'The last Württemberg. Postage stamp 1st April 1902'
This particular example was cancelled in FEUERBACH on 31st Mar 1902 and features both a Württemberg stamp, and a German Empire issue stamp.
