This P228 I Reply card is actually only the reply portion of the replycard (hence the word 'Antworte' below the word 'Postkarte'). It has been cancelled-to-order in BERLIN on 8th Jan 1939 (Stamp Day) and bears the special 'Day of the Stamp' cancellation.

The three symbols below the words 'Tag der Briefmarke' are from left to right: 'R.d.P' - 'Reichsbund der Philatelisten' (Reich Association of Philatelists), a bear and crown (the symbol of Berlin) and a swastika in a gear (the symbol of the K.d.F - Kraft durch Freude or Strength through Joy Organisation).

These cards sometimes have an additional 1Pf Hindenburg Medallion stamp to make up for increases in postal rates but in this case it makes no sense as it has been cancelled with the same BERLIN cancel and the card was never posted.
