This example was cancelled-to-order and bears the special rally cancellation. Depicting a Reich's Adler and swastika symbol it is inscribed "NÜRNBERG | Reichsparteitag der NSDAP". This cancel is also often found along with a slogan cancel inscribed 'Parteitag | Grossdeutschlands', with three swastika flags and a skyline of Nürnberg, however that is not the case here. This cancel was used from 5th to 12th Sep 1938.
