This promotional postcard was issued to commemorate the Goldsmith's Trade and was issued on 1st Oct 1943. The colour is described as 'Russian Green' and the stamp is a pre-printed version of the 1943 issue Michel 860 stamp. The image is of a door with the inscription 'Eingang zur Reichen Kapelle der Münchner Residenz' which translates as 'Entrance to the Rich Chapel of the Munich Residence'. There is also a smaller inscription at the bottom which reads 'EINE SCHATZKAMMER DEUTSCHER GOLDSCHMIEDEKUNST' or 'A TREASURE CHAMBER OF GERMAN GOLD MOLDING'
