The national post office was establishment on February 24, 1917 to serve the needs of the civilian population. Occupation troops used the Feldpost system.

Issued on 1st Jun 1917 and measuring 140 x 90mm. This postcard featured a 10Pf GERMANIA pre-printed stamp over printed with a black 'M.V.i.R' in a rectangle, and '10 Bani' in Gothic script. This postcard was an adapted P107 postcard with the word "Postkarte" inscribed directly above the vertical dividing line.

This postcard was an adapted P108 postcard with the words "Postkarte mit Antwortkarte | Carte postale àvec réponse payée" inscribed directly above the vertical dividing line.

There are two variations of this card: the first P4-I, has a distance between the "10" and the "B" of 'Bani' measuring 0.5mm and P4-II where the distance is 1mm.

EDITION FOR THE WHOLE OF ROMANIA

Imprint change "Romania" instead of the previous "MViR", because after the peace negotiations in Cotroceni the Romanian authorities were more involved.

Issued 1918. This postcard featured a 10Pf GERMANIA pre-printed stamp over printed with a black 'Rumanien', and '10 Bani' in Gothic script. This postcard was an adapted P107 postcard with the word "Postkarte" inscribed directly above the vertical dividing line.

There are three variations of this card: the first P5-I, has a distance between the "10" and the "B" of 'Bani' measuring 0.75mm, P5-II where the distance is 1.5mm and P5-III which is like P5-II but the line spacing is 3.5 and 2.75mm.
