Issued 1939. Measuring 21 x 25mm and printed typography, watermarked paper and perf comb 13½ x 14. This stamp features the Coat of Arms with an overprint of a rectangle containing a posthorn and the date '1939'. This pre-cancel is not listed in the standard SG catalogue but it is listed by Michel as 452 Type IV and is an overprinted version of the 1936 SG 727.
