Issued 1st Jun 1946. Printed perf 12. These stamps feature various scenes of reconstruction. For these official stamps the 'O.H.M.S' is type O2, punctured with 4 lines of dots to make up the letters. Don't confuse these with stamps that have the 'O.H.M.S' printed on them, this overprint was not used until 1949.
