Issued: 29th Jan 1941. Coat of Arms Jersey. On all sheets printed after Aug 1942 there is a white circle between the value and the arms on stamp No. 42, likely due to a printing defect. Several sheets of stamps on chalky paper were printed and quickly sold out.
