Issued on 16th Jul 1941. Regular definitive Soviet stamps (working people) and commemorative stamps (Research Station "North Pole 1" and 20th Anniversary of the Soviet Union) overprinted by Sindulys printers. These stamps are overprinted 'VILNIUS'. This stamp is from the series 'North Pole' stamps from Feb 1938 and features a Soviet flag and aircraft flying over the North Pole.
