Issued on 16th Jul 1941. Regular definitive Soviet stamps (working people) and commemorative stamps (Research Station "North Pole 1" and 20th Anniversary of the Soviet Union) overprinted by Sindulys printers. These stamps are overprinted 'VILNIUS'. This stamp features Chapayev and a boy and was issued in Russia in Mar 1938. Perf 12:12½.
