Regular definitive Soviet stamps (working people) and (Research Station "North Pole 1" and 20th Anniversary of the Red Army with black grey handstamped overprint "Laisvi / Alsedžiai / 24-VI-41"). This stamp features Chapayev and a boy and was issued in Russia in Mar 1938. Perf 12:12½.
