Australian Mandate
Issued: 1937 to 1948. Designed by R. A. Harrison and printed recess by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia on unwatermarked paper, perf 11. Stamps SG 30B to 39B are the same design as the 1924 to 1936 stamps catalogued as SG 26A to 39A, however the 'A' stamps were printed on rough-surfaced greyish paper whereas these 'B' stamps were printed on shiny-surfaced white paper.
