Issued 1st Apr 1900. This replycard was published due to a reduction in the local postal rate. The lowering of the local postage was due to the closure of the private city post offices, which were operated until 31st Mar 1900, by the Deutsche Reichspost.
This replycard has a print date control code only on the message (F) portion, there is no code on the answer (A) portion. There are two versions of this replycard, Type 'I' has a Type I 'wohnungstype' and Type 'II' has a Type II wohnungstype.
