P209 was issued in 1929 to raise funds for the "Deutsche Nothilfe" charity. This card is similar to the 1928, P208, Deutsche Nothilfe card and features a different 8Pf Coat of Arms pre-printed stamp. The inscription at the bottom of the card reads "Schafft frohe, Kräffige Jugend!" - "Create happy, strong Children".
