Two postcards were issued to commemorate the stamp exhibition and Festival Week in Zittau from 19th Jun to 7th Jul 1935. The postcards exists with either a 3Rpf (PP122-C-8) or a 6Rpf (PP127-C-9) Hindenburg Medallion pre-printed stamp. The image inside the 'green ring' (Grünen Ring), is that of the town centre of Zittau and at the front is the Lutheran Church 'Johanniskirche' constructed in 1291.

Zittau is a large town in the district of Görlitz. It is located in the extreme south-east of Saxony in the triangle of Germany , Poland and the Czech Republic.

The second version of this card features a 6Rpf Hindenburg Medallion stamp and was published by Drud Gebrüder Güttler, Zittau. The card is valued at about US$15.
