Issued Aug/Nov 1944 Change in format. "Absender" and address lines now consist of 5 dotted lines each. Sender and recipient both have a circle for the postal code.
There are three variations:
Type 'Ia': without a propaganda message and with a 21.5mm gap in the vertical divinding line.
Type 'IIa': with a propaganda message and a 21.5mm gap in the vertical line
Type 'IIb': with a propaganda message and also a 18.5mm gap in the vertical divider.
