Issued 28th May 1943. Designed by Rotter and available sheets (10x10), Perf K 13½x13¾. There is also a First Day Cover, a Memorial Booklet and a Memorial Sheet. Attendees at the memorial service and other important dignitaries were given a special printing of this stamp (the Heydrich sheet) which is known to have been forged.
Heydrich was the Acting Deputy Reichs Protector for Bohemia and Moravia until his assasination in 1942.
