Issued: 16th Jan 1939 to comemmorate the 'Reclassification of parts of Slovakia, which are predominantly Hungarian'. The award was primarily as a resulty of the first Vienna Arbitration Award (1938). These stamps are printed photogravure, watermark 9 and perf 12¼:12.
This stamp features Miklós Horthy de Nagybánya, the Regent of Hungary from 1st March 1920 to 15th October 1944.
