Issued on 16th Jul 1941. Regular definitive Soviet stamps (working people) and commemorative stamps (Research Station "North Pole 1" and 20th Anniversary of the Soviet Union) overprinted by Sindulys printers. These stamps are overprinted 'VILNIUS'. This stamp is from the series of Soviet Union stamps 'First All-Union Gathering of Pioneers' from 1929 and features the Russian Coat of Arms.
