Issued on 5th Jul 1941. Regular definitive Soviet stamps overprinted by Sindulys printers. These stamps are overprinted 'NEPRIKLAUSOMA LIETUVA 1941-VI-23'. This stamp is from the series of Soviet Union stamps 'First All-Union Gathering of Pioneers' from 1929 and features the Russian Coat of Arms.
