Occupied Zone in France and (starting from 24.3.1871) only for the OPD Districts Alsace and (German) Lothringen.

"Regular Issues numbers on burelage".
Issued: 10th Sep 1870: These stamps were printed Typography at the Prussian Government Printing Office, Berlin on sheets 15x10. Type 'I' network watermark with points upward, Type 'II' network watermark with points downwards.
