Designed by Waldraff and printed typography on sheets (10 x 10), coils and booklets. Watermarked diamond/lozenge perforated 14:14¼. This is the same stamp as Michel 197 only Michel 197 is on watermark waffle / lozenge paper.

Type I: The cross on the crown is almost unrecognisable. The denomination and image are shifted. In addition "DEUTSCHES REICH" is larger and thicker and slightly shifted.
Type II: The cross on the crown is very clear and the image is well centered. In addition "DEUTSCHES REICH" is smaller and thinner and well centered.
