Issued between 21st Sep and 28th Oct 1936 to raise money for the Winter Relief Fund. The stamps feature various modern buildings and were designed by Fritz. Printed engraved on sheets of 100 (10x10) and in Booklets they were on unwatermarked paper and Perf K 14. Michel 636 through 640 and 642 exist with only a type 'y' horizontaal gum rippling whereas Michel 641 exists with either a horizontal (type 'y') or vertical (type 'x') gum rippling. Valid until 30 Jun 1936.
