Issued: 11th Sep 1944. Produced Photogravure on coated paper at the State Printing Works in Vienna, these stamps were designed by E. R. Vogenauer. There was no watermark and the perf K 14 stamps were vertically ribbed with dark yellow gum. There was a special postmark as well as a postcard used in conjunction with the event.
