Issued: Oct/Nov 1944. Both of the concession labels of 1942 (the blue airmail and brown parcel labels) were re-used in late 1944, this time with the word "INSELPOST" printed in black capital letters horizontally across the stamp.

Michel 9 is only known to exist in rouletted form as a genuine issue, perforated stamps are forgeries.
Overprints are known with capital letters in a lean sanserif font, capital and small letters in either bold or lean sanserif font.
Valid Until: May 1945. Quantities: 60,000 but a large quantity were destroyed
