Two postcards were issued in 1934 to commemorate the death of Paul von Hindenburg. The first has a 5Pf pre-printed stamp (Michel 234) and the second has a darker 6Pf stamp P235. P234 exists in two variants: P234a is on light to cream-coloured card and P234b is on darker card.
