There were two official postcards (P260 and P259 issued to commemorate the upcoming Summer Olympic Games being held in Berlin from 1st to 16th Aug 1936. Both cards have the same design (a view of the inside of the Olympic Stadium). Apart from the difference in colour P259 has a 6+4Pf pre-printed stamp and P260 has a 15+10Pf pre-printed stamp.
In addition to these commemorative postcards there were also a number of special cancellations used at the various venues around the Olympic sites.
