First Day Cover
Issued 26th Sep 1942. This First Day Cover was sent from Copenhagen to Freiburg in Germany on 26th Sep 1942. The cover has two Michel 269 stamps and a single Michel 271 stamp. There is a cachet featuring King Christian X riding a horse as well as a German Censor's tape indicating the cover was opened and inspected by a Nazi censor before delivery.
