"5th Anniversary of the GeneralGouvernement"
Issued 26th Oct 1944. 5th Anniversary of the GeneralGouvernement, designed by Stübinger (small sheet 2x4), Perf K14½. This was the last stamp issued under the 'GeneralGouvernement' as 7 months later the German army surrendered as Russian forces captured the German Capital City, Berlin.
There was a special cancel used in Krakau to commemorate the event.
