The cachet features Liberty breaking the chains that hinder the four freedoms: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom from Want and Freedon from Fear.

This cover features a single 1½d stamp. The cover was sent from the U.S. Naval Hospital in Long Beach, California and has a Navy cancel, dated 22nd Feb 1943. The propaganda cachet reads 'Knock those Japs Right off the maps'.
