Issued: 14th Jan to 25th Feb 1992, Set of 5 Stamps, 18p has one phosphor band and the others are phosphorised paper, perf 15 x 14. There was also a First Day Cover, a Presentation Pack (Pack No. 224) and a set of 5 PHQ cards (No. 139). The post office used two first day of issue special postmarks, the first depicting a bird feeding on berries with the inscription "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE BRITISH PHILATELIC BUREAU EDINBURGH - 14 JAN 1992" and the second featuring the side of a mountain (the Brecon Beacons) and the inscription "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE BRECON - 14 JAN 1992".

The post office used two first day of issue special postmarks, the first has script "Best Wishes for a Happy Birthday" with the inscription "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE BRITISH PHILATELIC BUREAU EDINBURGH - 28 JAN 1992" and the second with script "Wish You Happiness on your Anniversary" and the inscription "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE WHIMSEY, GLOUCESTERSHIRE - 28 JAN 1992".

The Post Office issued a yearbook on the 11th Nov 1992 comprising of the following stamps: SG1587 to SG1591, SG1602 to SG1610 and SG1615 to SG1638 in a hardbound book complete with slip case and is fully illustrated in colour.

The Post Office also issued the 1992 Collectors Pack (CP1638a) on the 10th Nov 1992 which contained stamps from SG1587 to SG1591, SG1602 to SG1610 and SG1615 to SG1638.
