"Telegraph Stamps".

1st Aug 1869: Telegraph stamps. Typography Prussian Government Printing Office, Berlin. Perf L 13¾ x 14¼. Denomination and circumspection in Rosette circle. Note these telegraph stamps are inscribed "NORDDEUTSCHE BUNDES TELEGRAPHIE" and should not be confused with the 1872 and 1875 German Empire issued Telegraph Stamps which are inscribed "TELEGRAPHIE DES DEUTSCHEN REICHS".
