Issued 5th Nov 1940: This set of 9 stamps was designed by L. Wüst and printed by the State Printing Works in Berlin on sheets of 50 and also in booklet form. The surcharge on the stamps was once again used to fund charity works. Unlike in previous years, only one slogan postmark was used with these stamps although there was also a postcard available.
