Issued: 16th Apr 1937. Michel 647 was issued just over a week after Michel 646 and is of the same design except this issue was imperforate and again the watermark is a swastika watermark. The stamp was part of Michel Block 8 and was issued at the 1st National Stamp Exposition entitled "The German Postage Stamp" in Berlin.
