Issued due to another increase in the postal rate. This postal order was for use throughout Germany, including Bavaria. This version differs from earlier issues in that it has a revised fee table on the reverse (20Pf - 1 Mark) and there are also some changes to the design. A43 has a 20Pf blue Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH". There are two variations in the colour:
A43a the stamp and text colour is blue.
A43b the stamp and text colour is violet blue.
