Issued due to another increase in the postal rate. This postal order was for use throughout Germany, including Bavaria. This version differs from earlier issues in that it has a revised fee table on the reverse (20Pf - 1 Mark) and there are also some changes to the design. A44 has a 40Pf green Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH".
