COLONIAL STAMP SHOW
This special postmark was used at the Berlin-Pankow Colonial Stamp Show held on 9th and 10th Jan 1937. The design shows a Colonial German soldier (most likely in Africa judging by the hat he is wearing) in front of a fortress flying imperial German flags. There were two postcards also used at the show.

There was no special postmark for the Air Defence League issue but there were several slogan postmarks that are associated with this issue.

HITLER'S 48TH BIRTHDAY
There were 4 special postmarks dated 20th April 1937 as seen below and these were used only on that day. The choice of cities is significant in that Berlin was the capital City, Berchtesgaden was Hitler's retreat in the Alps, Münich was where the Nazi Party was born and Nürnberg was where the party held its annual rallies.
BERLIN - "Des führers Geburtstag 20.April 1937" - 'The führer's Birthday 20 April 1920'.
BERCHTESGADEN - "Geburtstag des führers 20.April 1937" - 'The führer's Birthday 20 April 1920'.
MÜNCHEN - "Hauptstadt der Bewegung ~ Geburtstag des führers" - 'Capital of the Movement ~ Birthday of the leader'.
NÜRNBERG - "DIE STADT DER REICHSPARTEITAG ~ Geburtstag des führers 20 April 1937" - 'THE CITY OF THE REPUBLIC ~ Birthday of the leader 20 April 1937'
In Pasewalk the cancel was used for about a week after April 20th with an incorrect '1936' date instead of '1937'.
The Potsdam post office is known to have cancelled between 350 and 400 minisheets with a red favour cancel on 20th April.
The inscription "9 April 1938 Tag des Großdeutschen Reichs" is a private overprint on Block 7, "Day of the Great German Reich"

1ST NATIONAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITION
The exhibition was held over 3 days from the 16th to the 18th April 1937 and the postmark below was used at the exhibition. During the first few hours of the opening day the wrong date was used on the cancellation - 1936 instead of 1937. The organisers soon realised their mistake and all later cancellations use the correct 1937 date.

THE LIFE AND WORK OF THE FUHRER
EXHIBITION
This exhibition was held in Hamburg from the 17th to 20th April 1937. During the exhibition the postmark below was used. The postmark depicts an Edelweiss flower and has the abreviation "D.S.G" for German Collectors Association.

2nd NATIONAL SOCIALIST PARTY RALLY
This rally was held in Hamburg from the 10th to 13th June 1937. The special postmark feaatures the KdF Swastika wheel symbol at the bottom of the postmark and has the KdF motto "Kraft Durch Freude" - 'Joy through work'

This year's special postmark is identical to the previous year's special postmark that was used for this event. It was used only on the day of the race, 1st August 1937

9th NÜRNBURG PARTY RALLY
Similar to 1936, there was a march organised between Dresden and Nürnburg from 30th August to 13th September 1937. There are three special postmarks related to the march as well as an additional one for the rally that followed
