Issued: 2nd March 1942. This series of Official stamps was designed by Prof. Richard Klein and were printed typography at the Berlin State Printing Works from plates. They were unwatermarked and had a vertically ribbed yellow gum. Perforate 14 : 14¼ these stamps were available in sheets of 100 (The same as MICHEL 144 to 154 except No Watermark and some colour variations)

There are obvious colour variations, the only way to differentiate between this series and the 1934/1938 series is that these stamps are on unwatermarked paper.
There are also clear differences for this stamp in terms of pale and dark yellow gum as well as vertically ribbed and smooth gum
