Issued: 1912. Change of colour. This Ruhrpost envelope is the third and last of three Ruhrpost envelopes to feature a 30Pf Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH", the others being the 1902 RU5 and the 1903 issue RU6. These envelopes measure 126 x 81mm and for RU7 the colour of the stamp is now ultramarine.
