RU12 was issued in 1926 and was the last Rohrpost envelope issued. It features a violet 40Pf stamp picturing Gottfried Wilhem Leibniz. The words "Rohrpost=Brief" appear on the top left of the card.
Two versions exist:
RU12/01 Berlin Printing.
RU12/02 Munich Printing.
The card also features a border consisting of 3 parallel lines which extend all the way around the card.
