This official envelope was issued Sep 1872 and was not for use in Bavaria or Württemburg. The value stamp is a 3 Kreuzer, eagle with large breastplate Michel 25 stamp.
There is only one version of this official envelope and it is a Type 'A', measuring 147 x 84mm.
This envelope is the same as Michel U2 only U2 has a smaller shield.
