The last official envelope (U13) was issued in 1889. This envelope has a pre-printed 1889 Michel 47 large eagle in circle, stamp. There are two versions of U13 as follows:
Type A: flap format 4 (contoured design)
Type B: flap format 1 (straight edge design).
